Mamunur Rashid is an agricultural scientist with hands-on experience across plant breeding, molecular biology, tissue culture, and genome editing.
He is pursuing a PhD in Plant Breeding at Justus Liebig University Giessen, focusing on genome editing in faba bean. His work connects transformation technologies with crop improvement to build practical resources for future breeding.
His international training spans QAAFI at The University of Queensland, the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research, the University of Helsinki, and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
